Jerry is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the firm including marketing, finance, and human resources as well as sitting on the investment committee.
Prior to joining BakerAvenue, Jerry served as vice president in the Global Wealth Management group at Bank of America Investments. He was also an institutional advisor at both Bear Stearns and Morgan Stanley. His primary responsibility involved fixed-income analysis and portfolio strategies to endowments, corporations, and municipalities, including General Motors, U.S. Steel, and the Regents of the University of California.
Jerry holds a B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University.
Making an Impact
Jerry coaches Special Olympics and is also a member of the fundraising committee for Giant Steps Therapeutic Equestrian Center, an innovative nonprofit program for people with disabilities and other special needs. Jerry also has led a project to fund and build a computer lab for Old First Reach, an afterschool mentoring program for inner-city youth.
A Secret About Jerry
Jerry experiments with spot and arc welding. After mastering a few more techniques, he plans to weld a metal sculpture for his home garden—assuming his wife Alison approves.
