As Director of Operations, Tracy works closely with executive level management to strategize and develop long-term operational plans. She brings over 10 years of client service and operations experience to BakerAvenue and is responsible for overseeing operational efficiency for the firm.

In addition to her operational functions, Tracy partners with the HR team to assist with policy design and development. She strives to create a culture that empowers quality, productivity, and ongoing development in workplace.

Making an Impact

Tracy volunteers once a month with One Brick, a non-profit organization that works to inspire and support a community of volunteers to take on important projects. She has also worked with the Susan G. Komen Foundation, Second Harvest Food Bank, and the Homeless Prenatal Program.
